This will be a blog on the intersection of Law and
Information Technology. Given the vast body of knowledge both have
accumulated in the net-sphere as well as the rather publicized
interaction between the two domains, then there is a plentiful source
of raw material to offer an opinion. Opinions of course being free
(not withstanding the increasing drawing of boundaries around such by
various states) so feel free to taken such opinion with a large pinch
